Discipline and drive are at the forefront of my life. As a not-so-typical second-year college student, I am a United States Marine, a competitive runner, and a weightlifter. As intense as that may sound, I don’t take life too seriously. Outside of my goals, I love hanging out with my long-term girlfriend and friends. We often jam out while I play the guitar or keyboard! I was prompted to sign up for this class because I have always been interested in how professional ads influence people to buy, often in massive quantities. This summer, I am taking on a 3D creative design and marketing internship at Nike. I want to learn how to conduct marketing research properly and become familiar with business industry terminology. My goal is to be as prepared as possible and, hopefully, secure a job at Nike after college. I am a Business and Marketing Analytics major at OSU.
